These Terms of Service govern your use of Citadel Index, a professional directory for real estate industry members operated by Blackthorne Wicker. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Citadel Index is intended for real estate professionals and businesses. By signing up, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to represent the business you list.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Listings and Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you post, including your business name, contact details, industry category, and location. Citadel Index does not verify the accuracy of member listings.

You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Listings that violate this policy may be removed at our discretion without notice.

4. Exclusivity and Slot Availability

Citadel Index limits the number of listings per industry per city to maintain a curated network. Slot availability is not guaranteed and may change. We reserve the right to adjust slot limits at any time. Holding a slot in a given city does not constitute an exclusive contractual right.

5. Listing Expiry

Listings expire 90 days after they are saved, unless renewed by logging in and re-saving the location. Expired listings are removed from the directory and the associated industry slot reopens. We are not liable for any business impact resulting from an expired listing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Citadel Index to spam other members, scrape member contact information, impersonate another business, or engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of the directory. Violations may result in account termination.

7. Member Visibility

Your profile information, including your business name, contact email, phone number, location, industry, bio, and status, is visible to other logged-in members of Citadel Index. By adding this information to your profile, you consent to it being displayed to other verified members.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimers

Citadel Index is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of member listings, the availability of the service, or the results you may obtain from connecting with other members. We are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or disputes that arise between members.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackthorne Wicker and Citadel Index shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the directory.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Citadel Index after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
